Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Whats the reason by not giving the bonus/variable pay of 16 months to the employees who are resigning ?
Every year you change your policy by deducting 10% salary,
not giving variable pay,
delaying for more than a years.
And still you are thinking people will stay for long here ? Everyone has plans and commitments. You can not do this practice for several years.

I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? The recruiter told me they really wanted me and the team has a lot of projects lining up and I really like the team..Accenture
Hello,
I'm finishing up my Masters at Wichita State University. I have 13+ years experience in the field of management and specialty in disabilities. A recruiter from @microsoft reached out about a disabilities project manager position. The hourly rate or base pay seems really low to me and I'm trying to figure out what I should be asking for or what my negotiation should look like?Microsoft
I recently graduated a little less than a year ago now and took a job as a brokerage professional at Vanguard. I’ve been thinking a lot about where I would like to spend the rest of my career and would like to get into business advisory consulting. I am particularly interested in a job at Slalom for an associate consultant. I’ve been looking on LinkedIn and there are no alumni for my school doing what I’d want to do. Who could I talk to to learn a little bit more about the position?
