Austin vs LA vs NYC as 23M? Currently a transplant in Austin from Philadelphia and have been here for about year. While I love QOL for COL here, it feels a little one dimensional at times. I resigned my lease for another year just to give me time to think a little more. I definitely miss the feeling of a big city (lived in Tokyo for a little and visit LA/NYC often) but that obviously comes at a price. Any thoughts?How do the lifestyles differ?

So after researching my salary is very competitive compared to the market
But the raises given aren’t inline with inflation, how do I justify that I deserve a higher raise to go up with the costs of living? To me it seems that I’m being valued less and less as I can now afford less even with the raise
