New to the posting! What is the average MRI tech salary? I’m also being called lead tech which they give a .75 cents towards my salary. I’m a 20 year tech but making $38/ hr. Just wondering if I am truly in the range bc I found out my colleague is at 42+ now with same experience but not a charge tech. I’ve been at company longer than him/her too. Thanks!

I want to learn to ask for what I want at work re: salary, opportunities to work on projects that grow skill sets versus only using the skills I was hired for. I want to feel like my voice is heard when I have an idea or solution. But I find that culturally I’ve been fighting this mental space that says don’t make waves, work hard because it’s the right thing to do. I read the books, listen to the Ted talks but still find my voice easily silenced. Advice?

After a month of waiting, HR finally called me today and scheduled partner round within a couple of hours. The interview went fine except that partner has asked for an additional round of fellow-partner interview. Is this normal? Are they undecided about salary part or designation?
