I am a Design Engineer, Mtech + 4 yrs.
Current pay at Intel- G6
Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

Ionno, Legacy EYP had single to double digit growth while M&A had a 20-30% CAGR...sounds like M&A wasn't getting paid enough based off those numbers

Yeah S& has about the same base as these guys plus wayyyyy higher bonus at all performance levels IIRC
170 + 20 sign on
170k + 15k signing bonus + 20k starting bonus + whatever annual bonus might be that year (much higher than whatever legacy EYP got though)
Signing is 35k for FT offers
How much is a director at EYP paid without MBA and as a lateral hire ? Does lateral hires get a joining bonus ?
And yes, EY-P3 is correct. Obviously, with our néw salary structure—which started in 2020—for MBA hires. the range for M1 salaries will now be even wider.
