No lunch?
I hate the no lunch thing but as others mentioned there are ways around it
Read the expense policy.
In Canada, it’s $60 per day and we can meal average for the duration of the trip, as long as we don’t exceed the total allowance.
For example: if I’m travelling for 5 days, I can choose to eat like a pauper 4 out of 5 days and eat like a KING on day 5.
I don’t believe the Canadian expense policy has restrictions on how much employees can spend on meals. I’ve always gotten everything reimbursed.
Canadia is so chill
Wow that sucks. We’re at $80 per day in Canada in most metro cities and $70 in rural Canada
RTFM
Kpmg 1 : i have never paid for a meal while traveling and I never think about my expense limits . Most the time senior managers pick up the meals and usually I’m not eating a fancy steak dinner with wine by myself.
