What is first year MBA hire salary/bonus/equity for Facebook or apple?

If an offer comes with a target bonus, should I consider that as part of the overall salary offer? Or focus on the base salary alone? I’m considering negotiating the base salary because I feel it is a bit low, and even though the target bonus compensates for it, I’m wondering if it’s still appropriate for me to negotiate the base salary alone?

Should I take Bonus 500 Star Points or free Breakfast on stay with SPG for 4 night stay? Lounge free breakfast sucks big time.

I got an offer in public accounting (advisory) making 31% more plus a bonus but I like the WLB my current job offers. However, i haven’t gotten a raise in 2 years (due to going to 2 new positions & being told I can’t negotiate more, basically take it or leave it). Been a year into my role within the TS group. I’m not too sure I want to pursue a role that is a natural exit like corp dev, boutique PE etc. I have an offer for a management consultant role (tech strat) at Accenture. Pay is great and the base is equivalent to what I would earn at D with bonus. Anyone know of people who’ve gone down this route or is considering the switch? Would appreciate any insights.

Anyone work at BMO Harris? Just got a job offer within their trade support area in NYC HR explained there is base salary and 17% fixed bonus pay at year end. This 17% is fixed bonus pay and is guaranteed. Can anyone speak about the pros/cons of this? I really hate how they structure total comp nowadays. Anyone working for them currently give any insight? Appreciate it :-)
