What do you think about the loop (non-tech)? I really don’t think it told much about who I really am at work. I felt that asking me the really small details of everything actually missed a huge chunk of what I do and makes me a valuable leader. I had to spend a few interviews going into the finest details of products’ features in my past companies where my role, past or future, has nothing to do with product. It felt like testing a professional swimmer how fast they run 100m. How did you feel?

One thing I keep having to remind myself is that career mobility is higher than ever. Have gotten several offers at this point from companies that I "kind of like", and have been holding out for the dream companies. But I should probably just take a solid offer elsewhere.
