I interviewed for JPMC Mumbai but process seems but delayed. recieved call from hr discussed CTC and all , but they keen on understanding my travel to office as I live a bit far from office location

Does JPMC rejects for such reasons ? Also how much time does it takes to release offer letter ?

I have only 6 months of experience working in tcs. And I have total of 7 years of total working experience. I'm really interested to work in tcs but not in my current project. I asked for release and they are not ready as they asked me to work for atleast 5 years in this project. So I'm planning to switch to another company.
