Do you guys think it’s important to personally bond w your coworkers? a lot of members on my team are trying to organize a socially distanced day at the park because they « miss everyone so much » and while I genuinely like/appreciate them as people... this feels so extra? I definitely don’t feel the need to go out of my way and see the whole team during a pandemic? Am I horribly antisocial or do most people care this deeply for their coworkers/team

It's been 1 year at my current company. I've gone thru 3 managers, 2 directors & the recruitment team I'm on dwindle down from 20+ to 10. Recently, my manager was let go & 3 people are trying to do their job. I'm starting to get concerned as this manager had a good connection & communication with our team. Help! Recruiting for a start up vs. large company? Currently working in a start up environment (only recruiter) and wondering if a larger company is the way to go
