But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. I went straight to Accenture right after college and while I’m so grateful for having a good job, I just feel like I haven’t done enough and will never realize certain financial goals at the rate I’m going. The problem is I’ve never really been good at setting attainable goals and often get discouraged and feel as though I can never be “the high achiever”

How do I contract a friend or family member to work for my business and do my taxes correctly? Would a 1099-K make them responsible for their own taxes? I am a small start up, and would prefer by any means to just hand them a check every pay day and not stress about employee taxes. I can take care of my own no problem. But that is a whole different realm for me.

Does anyone have a case they never really felt good about even after it ended? There are a few where I know I did my job correctly and to the letter, but the outcome has never satisfied me or it didn't get solved how I would like it to. Did I do the wrong thing if it's still on my mind years later? How do you know that your choice was the right one when people still got hurt?
