Asking them to work from home ;)

With so much uncertainty, we’re working to keep our crewmembers inspired by reinforcing their trust in senior leadership’s decisions and the immediate actions we’re taking to protect JetBlue’s future. This means frequent communications and taking care of the needs they have. We want them to know we are listening and thinking ahead of what they may need, and making decisions that will protect their livelihood.

Thanks for the response! Transparency and care are key in times like these.

Met with my boss today and was told “well you’re way better at your job than we expected...so keep doing that and just that. We might be able to have some more interesting work for you to do in 2-3 years”. Meanwhile...I am BORED TO TEARS!!!!!! And it’s tempting to quit, but I make more money than both of my parents combined EVER have, we had zero layoffs during COVID, and I really do love the people. At the end of the day...I guess I’m just hear to vent and to see if I’m the ONLY one.
