Could be interesting. Worth a few phone calls for sure if you like real estate.
Lots of debt trading, recaps, remodel finance, brand swap financing, etc. It’s capital markets work so less like conventional IB.
Top capital markets folks at JLL can pull big numbers, like $20M a year for a few of them if they have the right network. Regional MDs in other asset classes can pull $4-5M.
JLL analysts earn their money, too. Those OMs are easy on the eyes.
Sell side for hotels/air bnb like platforms would be my guess
Think it would include sales as well as debt placement/recaps
