What is MAP practice at Deloitte ? Modeling and advisory? Is it a dead end with just excel modeling and lots of turnover ? Will it help me pivot to IB?

Just switch to Data Engineering already.

What do you mean lol

Why don't you transfer internally in EY? There is a capital advisory group that might help you to pivot to IB

My team at EY is not allowing me to transfer anywhere; they have held onto me like a tick

consultant keeps making spelling mistakes on every document, including when they just need to copy and paste text directly from email instructions. when they send me work they now say “let me know if you find any spelling errors” - and while i always check work because it’s a team effort, i feel like these careless mistakes could be avoided. english isn’t their first language (nor mine), is it insensitive to ask them to double check their work? or is there any other way to handle this?
