Don’t take anyone, or anything, for granted.

Kids are resilient. More people than you think are self-centered. In crisis, governments won’t have your back, or even have your best interests in mind. A remote workforce is entirely possible for many industries. We work too hard. Cars are too expensive. Our houses are too small. Recreation and social time are underrated. Family is everything. Scientists, doctors, and nurses are brilliant and amazing.

Explosive, exponential growth is a problem. A great problem to have, sure, but still a serious problem to deal with.

I’ve been burned by the stock market before trading options (when the market bottomed out in 2016) and I learned my lesson on recklessly speculating on spikes and dips in the market. Anyone else feel like this situation is gonna create a class of retail investors who are over confident in the “ease” of timing the market, without doing an research, after all this dies down?

Yesterday was a good day. I was really impressed with myself. I woke up at 5, practiced dance lessons, did two water colors, made breakfast and tea, got to work by 10, put in 8-10 hours of solid work and then came home. It’s been ages since I painted or danced. However today, I slept till 7:00, did not work out or have food. Still got to work by 10 and did 8 solid hours of work. Some days are good and some are just okay. And that is okay. Trying to build on my good days and we all can. :)

Today I was officially diagnosed with adult adhd. I can’t begin to explain how relieved I am. It turns out things that I’ve considered personality defects are actually symptoms of this disorder. Talk to your doctor and do research. You never know what’s going on inside your brain.
