Dear Sharks, I have been told by manager that they will send onsite to me whenever I asked, Due to this I am not able to switch into other company

in spite of I had offer from good company which I didn't utilize and now again I have few in pipelines. I have very less CTC as per my experience level.

Now how to deal with this situation.

Can anyone advise on Manager and Sr Manager pay levels in UK (London or Edinburgh) in Big4 firms? Would be good to get the TC split between fixed and bonus.

Currently in final rounds of discussion at a Big4 firm for a risk advisory role, so would like to be aware of the pay levels (glassdoor is a bit outdated, I think)

Got an interview opportunity from an Europe based consulting firm. Cleared the first round and waiting for final round. It's a contract opportunity with compensation of 300 euros per day. I have couple of queries -
1. Is it wise to leave the permanent job (22 LPA) and accept this contract opportunity (6 months with extension possibility) ? Pros & Cons?
2. Does anyone have similar experience? How do they make the payment to Indian Bank account?
