I applied to NBA for a Senior QA role. After the 4 rounds of interview, including the HR, HM and 3 rounds with the team, the recruiter told me I did pretty well, and I might be the one.
And then he ghosted me :)

I’m looking to transition out of the accounting role. I’m more analytical, problem solving and research driven. Are there any jobs or career paths you think would be a good shift? I thought about getting into tech or logistics. I’m just not sure how.

FX & Treasury Sales Job at a bank in India

I work at an US bank in a middle office role in India but I’m not liking it much because it’s process oriented. Now I’m getting an offer from an Indian based bank for the Treasury and FX sales role but I’m so confused about the job security and targets. My questions are below:

1) Will I be asked to work for 12 hours?
2) Will I be given targets and if I don’t meet it, will I be fired or something?

Are there any civil engineers here? This app seems to predominantly be tech industry. I'm trying to get feedback on my salary from other civil engineers without stirring up controversy at the office. I suspect I'm being overpaid based on other job postings and data from Glassdoor. I'm a civil-structural engineer at my third company and work with government clients. I'm 10yrs in and base salary is $107k, also get profit sharing but the % is low at this point. Glassdoor salaries are $80-100k.

I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?
