Hi guys.. I have recently accepted job offer from PwC India..And I'm supposed to join on 1st Feb 2023.. It would be really great If someone can clear my few doubts: 1. What are the reimbursement I can apply for in PwC India? Like Wifi, mobile internet or any other service? 2. What is the food facility in Office? Is it pay for what you purchase or Free? 3. Will the Bonus be on basis of Basic pay or Total Fixed CTC? Thank you in advance!PwC PwC India

“after some consideration it’s not the right fit for me.” you don’t have to explain why.
just like they don’t explain why you didn’t get the job.

“I wanted to let you know I don’t think this is a good match for me, thanks for taking the time and thinking of me.”
I want to be mindful of your time & after learning more about the role, I’ve come to learn that this will not be a mutual fit. Thanks for the opportunity to learn more about this role.
Tell them you don’t want to be considered anymore lol.
In all seriousness though, be honest and just explain what worries you about the position in question and that it’s a dealbreaker for you. They are people too, and your honesty will help you and them the most in the long run. And they will understand and actually appreciate your honesty. I had to do this with a job offer I had before accepting a different one, and it was an uncomfortable situation but I was honest and extremely explicit about the situation. Yeah they were disappointed but in the end the understood I did what was best for me and ultimately for them as well.
“After learning more about the role, I don’t think it would be a good fit for me. Thank you so much for taking the time to share the additional information, it was very helpful.”
Be honest! The “why” may actually be a fit for other roles in the future, at that company or if the recruiter changes jobs
