Just got information we may have to go atleast 6 days a month to office
Did you get email from management?
What I heard right now they are not enforcing it but within the next couple of months there's going to be a mandate on minimum no of days an employee needs to be in office.
In our team managers ask people to come to office 3 days a week. By they way information regarding 6 days a month do they send any email?
But why they calling back to office. ?
Work from home seemed really productive then why office ?
More motivated to do switch now.
If I cant work from home,
atleast I can have some good work to do in different company.
Furthermore here working from home. I was working with full zeal but it's just heart breaking to leave old parents in home and you go kms away to do some thing that you can do from home, near your parents.
In my team, the manager said to work from the office 6 days a month mandatorily.
This increase to 12-15 after 2 months :(
Yes they are not doing layoffs
They are just doing it differently to reduce workforce
