Hi All,
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager at FIECON - a boutique life sciences consultancy. We have grown ~40-100% in the last 6 years since inception, and a L&D manager will be critical to facilitating this growth. SC at CV just got a huge pay bump — probably 180-190 all in at the lower end of the band. However, I believe that SC at Trinity = C at ClearView (since we have more intermediary positions) - pay band for C’s is 140 TC - 180 TC.

140-180 TC

Comp for SC at Trinity can vary substantially depending on things like homegrown (AC - C - SC) vs. post grad school vs. external hire and also years in SC role (people stay SC for 2-3 years so comp can go up but title is the same)
Where do you fit OP?

Senior consultant at LEK is 2nd year post mba (or 2-3 years post PhD). Comp is 280k.
All in was around the same for me at $143k also 2 years ago. I’m surprised they haven’t made a market adjustment. I came in as an SC post PhD.
HLS vertical at OW would pay way more - let me know if interested in a referral
I will have my PhD next year. Interested in a referral.
Can get more. When I started at Trinity 4-5 years ago that is approx what I made. When did you start?
Agree with this. As a SC more than 2 yrs ago I was making -150k so shocked to hear its gone down through this crazy market??
I am close to $130k all-in as a senior analyst
New C at ZS are about 180-185k
Have they adjusted AC pay as well?
I was 150k all in SC 2 years ago at Trinity so you’re definitely low

Yea - $140K all in for an SC sounds way low

Any insight on LEK? Have they bumped pay recently?
What’s your background? Advanced degree? Experienced hire? YOE?
I made way more as an SC, but was at the top of the pay band.
Experienced hire with advanced degree. Bonus target should be generally the same for everyone, would just mean a lot more $$ on a higher base.
Based on what I’m reading here, “homegrown” SCs seem to be paid much lower than outside hires.
$170K all in for my first year, inclusive of performance bonus and $20k sign on bonus. Campus hire from a PhD
They told me the bonus was 20% for SCs
