Hi IBMers, I have an offer from IBM of 18.2 LPA 7B band and Last week I got a offer from HCL of 21.5LPA E2 Band with 13% variable. I sent an offer breakup to IBM HR as asked. Will there be offer negotiation again or they will directly send an counter offer and If I get a call from IBM for offer negotiation, How much offer should I ask for? I joined on 12th and was offered a joining bonus but just received my prorated salary for 18 days and not the joining bonus.
Does Capgemini provide the same next month.
Any help in this! As I really needed that money due to some emergency

Did not mean to imply that was the case. COVID has changed the office vs. home expectations at most firms, too. Before COVID many associates would default to stay at the office until the work is done — that was the dominant culture in many M&A groups.
Though WLB is tough in any M&A group, the lifelong friends and mentors you’ll acquire along the way are more than worth the occasional tough week.
It’s true. Some members of the group are tough as a $2 steak, but it’s only because they want what’s best for you.
