I always thought employees were locked in a basement for 23 hours a day and allowed 30 minutes of rec time and 30 minutes of meal time.

NY office is now 3 days per week in person

like

Yes, but may vary group by group

Recently went back to “hybrid” 3 days in/2 days WFH. I maybe go in for like 10 hours a week max and haven’t had any problems. I’m mainly working cross-office now so my teams don’t care where I’m at anyway.

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. Not only is it harder getting to know your team, but there haven’t been much guidance from my manager and the lingo takes some time to get use to. I guess I just want to learn as much as possible and give off good impressions. Since everything is wfh I’ve been feeling anxious. Thanks!
