I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

Hi. I have very low AMH, 36 years old & never have been pregnant. I have done 2 IVF cycles this year approx 5 months apart. Each time had only 2 eggs retrieved, 1 fertilization each which lead to the embryo reaching blastocyst stages both times & both came back normal after genetic testing 🤍 talk about beating the statistics odds! 🤞🏻 I now have 2 cutie embryos saved. My husband & I would love to have twins and will be speaking to my doctor about the best options. Twins thoughts?

How did you know when you were ready to have a baby? Or were you ready before you had your first? My husband wants to start having kids and has been pushing for it for a couple years now, but I take care of our finances, and I don’t feel at all prepared. Maybe I’m also a little scared to become a mom, so I keep saying finances is my excuse, but I am also a little financially concerned. I REALLY want this to work and need to obviously keep my stress and anxiety in check. I read everything there is to read on what to do/not do/eat/not eat… My previous experiences have removed any kind of “innocent excitement” I had. Does it ever come back?

I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.

I deal with a team that I ask for help to show me how to do something after requesting a task to be done. I am happy to work on the task and learn. All they do is make sure to cover their butt by making an e-mail trail showing the bare minimum of information and expect me to get a task done. After, I tell them I need you to show me how to get the task done and shadow me in order for me to get the task done 15-20min.
