Hello fishes, I'm confused about which company to choose.
1. CTS - Senior Associate (23 LPA)
2. EY GDS - Technical Lead (23 LPA + 10% VP)
3. L&T Infotech(LTI) - Specialist cloud (29 LPA)

Primary concern is WLB & Job Security.

Tech stack : .NET + Azure I'm thinking of joining LTI.

Got an offer with a 35% bump doing similar work and with the option with some remote (usually work in the office full time). Commute is a tad longer and its a small, young firm. I’ve always worked for the big guys — Deloitte, ACN. I guess the worry is the unknown of a small firm with only a handful of contracts. Granted I do hold a TS/SCI w/ poly, so if it goes bust I should be fine job security wise. Go for it?

I am interviewing for a senior consultant role in Salesforce practice at a big4 firm. What should I expect as a compensation?

Where do people leaving FAANG companies go to in Canada? I’m looking for a change but it seems like a lot of the Canadian based companies pay half of what I’m currently making. Who outside of FAANG / LinkedIn/ snap / Twitter pays well (I.e senior mgr / director level above $300k)

1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)
