Does having a career mostly in the small business sector hinder my chance of getting into M7? I have good leadership/managing experience and promotions in the past 5yrs. However, scanning MBA candidate profiles, I’m seeing a lot of MBB, Big 4 and big corporations. For MBA candidates at M7, do you see classmates with careers in small biz?

We may be close to the end of the road on options. Anyone here gone down the Gestational Carrier route, and have advice to share? Not sure this is where we thought we’d be, and I’m so confused emotionally, but our RE has advised we start thinking about it since that may be our best bet for starting a family. Grateful for any helpful information.

But issue is they have give offer for contact period of 6 month and mention that they will make me permanet employee of EY after 6 month contact if performance is good.
