Is there a B4 firm that is better for WLB than the others? Is there a worst one? PwC is bad in general, and of course varies by practice/partner, but I am curious to hear your perspective

Haven't heard back after an interview, the next step of which is an assessment.
I was wondering if I could request them to send me the assessment anyways.
If they decide to reject me, it won't make a difference but if they decide to move ahead, it might save some time.

An external recruiter reached out, in the initial contact he asked what I currently make and never shared the comp range. I was at the tail end of Covid and didn’t think to ask, plus I shared my current comp (I know better!) that was already quite low for my experience. I asked today last interview to find the range. Recruiter responded that he thinks he put me in at the same exact amount. How should I address this? I was already under pd and this new role is more demanding.
