What is TC like for first year / newly promoted partners/principals at EYP (not including pension plan/401k match)?

I’m looking to switch from hospital admin/IT work to healthcare consulting. Any tips? I’ve had minimal luck with just sending in my resume. Is anyone able to refer? I’m based in Atlanta with 5 YOE & looking for a fast-paced environment to use my critical thinking & communication skills.

Currently going on 5 years of solo practice but strongly considering applying for a few open positions as an associate at larger firms. Specifically Kelley Kronenberg orCole Scott Kissane. Would be nice to have guaranteed income with a young child at home and solid health benefits. Has anyone made the jump from solo to largerish firm? What was the transition like? Have seen many technically unqualified data consultants (but still tagged as DE or DS) working on projects critical to clients...I can only say...people are brave, both the consultants and the clients!!
