PwC did a 4% contribution and then a 25% match on 6%. Total was 5.5%
Same for us
Must be based on level. I get 50% of 6%.
SM
EY 50% match is based on years of service (currently 4 years or more).
Same. 25% of 6% of salary.
RSM is 50% of 6% of salary.
4% of salary regardless of your compensation.
Same
2.5% if you put in 5% along with some %*by your age at FYE date. I mean a SM at age 60 can get like 12% on top of the match so it's not bad as you get older but if you're in PA at 60 and aren't a partner then I don't know what to tell you 😂
What level are you, EY2?
Or probably years of service rather than level
No match. Profit sharing contribution at the end of the year.
PWC is 25% of 6%, but there's an additional account where they contribute 4%. Total comes to 5.5%.
At EY it's 25% of 6% and then after a certain number of years of service it jumps to 50% of 6%
Moss Adams is 25% of 6% for four years then 50% of 6% thereafter.
