I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?
