What is the average CTC for a consultant at Novartis?

I currently work in ops consulting, would I have the appropriate background to make the jump?

I'm torn on the Dr. Pepper work. Nice overall campaign. But soccer being a gateway drug to lacrosse has me laughing and conflicted simultaneously.

I have an opportunity to bring over an entire practice group from another firm. I would be saving my firm probably $2M in recruiter fees.
Is this something where I should be negotiating a finders fee?

Looking to make a career move and do something that involves a bit more analytics and creative thinking. Any recos ?

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

Ugh I haven't put in my two week notice at my current job because I'm waiting on a background check to finish up from my new spot. If I have received the offer letter and signed it, should I assume I'm good and put in the notice? The check is through sterling talent solutions, does anyone have any insight how long that normal takes? And subsequently what would have to show up for me to get flagged?

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
