Is it time to make my move? I’m in a mid-size mkt in a firm of 3-5 lawyers. I’ve been practicing at this firm for four years as of October ‘20 and have yet to bill under 1,800 in a year. This year I will apparently receive neither a bonus nor a raise, despite have a banner year for both billing and new business. I also handled roughly 95% of managing our office move (not just coordination, but actual packing), which occurred while I had a newborn at home. (More in comments)

Received an offer from a small firm for 25k more than my current salary. Problem is it is about an hour away and I’m required to go into the office a minimum of 2 days a week. In my offer letter from ibm they have given a wrong joining date, but then I have requested to change it as I have 90 days notice period. But they have updated the joining date by mail communication, not in the offer letter. Will that be a problem for me in near future as the date mentioned in the offer letter is not same as my DOJ?

IBM is offering me the position of Test Specialist with 7A band but it has offered the position of Senior Consultant with 6B band to my friend.
