Where are you located? In Los Angeles, the salary is somewhere around $50-55k

On Glassdoor, it says the average pay is $67,000. I think it depends a lot on the YOE and location though

Dialysis techs are so underpaid in my opinion. At my hospital, they only make about $50k.

Looking like about 45k in most big/major cities in America. DO you have all the credentials needed for the role?

From the Olympia wa area and was getting 18.50 an hourafter 3 years. But I know others who where making up to 24 after years with the company.

Not enough, if you ask me. Here in Florida the base salary would be as low as $45k and only going up to $50k to start with. Severly underpaid, in my opinion.

On average, you are probably looking at $50k a year. Dialysis Technicians are one the most underpaid profession. Some even get paid less than $50k. It's just sad.

Hi Fishes.
I’m an L4 IC. I just got promoted to L4 in an off cycle promotion. It’s been only a month and since it’s a CS based role we work in Night Shifts. I feel monotonous within a month as it is a Virtual role.
I started to look for roles in JobFinder. The HMs are okay to consider, but the thing is “How do I say it my Current Manager??”
Can anyone give a subtle idea, such that my Current manager agrees even though its a month only?

I took the role I am in about a year ago and it just has not been what was promised and a huge step back. I have found a good place and am content but not overly happy with my place in the company. A smaller competitor reached out for a vp position that is a huge step up responsibility wise. There would be a pay raise but not huge so money is not the motivator here. Is this crazy to seriously consider? I hate to burn bridges. I have been told I am on the partner fast track. Thoughts? Advice?
