I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. Hey! I got an offer today from R@kuten for Sr Business Analyst of CAD $110K+15% annual bonus. Verbally in conversation with recruiter I had asked for CAD 115+10% annual bonus. I was initially offered $110k+10% annual bonus. I think I’ve already priced myself low which might be decent (not sure) for Toronto but way less in comparison with Bay Area where most of team will be based off. Any advice on how to ask for more base or joining bonus?

I have given interview at two organization in parallel. My expected ctc was same for both the companies. Now I have recieved offer letter from one organization(say A) and it's under processing in company B.

Since I have received one offer letter, should I go back to company B and inform them as my ECTC has now been increased.

But initially, I had no offer so I have given same CTC expectations.
