I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

When being stealthed, If the firm gives someone X amount of time to find another job and will continue to pay them until that time runs out, but asks the lawyer to alert them when they find a replacement position (presumably ending the pay?) is it wrong to not tell that firm right away? Most likely getting fired, tips on how to find a job ASAP? I made a pretty big mistake that required supplemental filings with government offices to fix (missed some items when reviewing/comparing long lists of things across 20-30 years). It’s fixable and the client isn’t really getting hurt by this (worst case signing gets delayed), but my anxiety is telling me to prepare for the worst. Can I ask for extra time at the firm to find a new job (so I wasn’t “fired”)? Or should I go for severance?
