LTIMindtree: 11 LPA Fixed only(can revise the offer based on the latest offer)

Any idea when hike letters will be rolled out? Also how much percentage of hike at persistent one can expect?

I have 3 yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices, have cleared all rounds in Deloitte and KPMG, i'm asked to send required documents, I have 10.5lpa offer in hand, can I ask 11.5 lpa saying I have so and so offer in hand....?

How can i shape my career hierarchy to reach at good level with yoe i have. I see my juniors with just 2yoe earning more than my ctc. I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k.
