What is the average salary for the AIC (Associate in Claims) designation and what insurance companies value it the most? Thank you!

I have AIC, API, AINS, and SCLA...I've seen zero increase after getting each designation and when applying at other carriers I've also seen the interviewer just glaze right over and seem uninterested in this information, don't ask me why. The classes and certs ARE valuable. I've honestly kept getting them and may run through ISOs career search or my states DOI as carriers don't seem to care.

Hello,fishes!(1YOE-SDET)
I'm trying to attend several interviews. My current CTC is <10LPA, therefore even if I switch jobs and am offered a package that is 40%–50% higher than my current CTC, my new income won't be much higher than 12LPA–13LPA. However, I am on the lookout for even better ones. So, if there is a negotiation, can I mention to HR that I already have an offer of at least 12 lpa and persuade them to give me more? Will this ruse succeed? Or will they demand to show an offer letter?

What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. Nothing is offensive by any means.
