Partnership deal - is this a good deal?
I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.
He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.

I have started career in startup they gave salary in cash after 2years that I joined tcs as fresher and worked 1 year and now joining nagarro as experienced.

Will nagarro ask for my first company (startup) payslips ?? I got experienced and relieving letters from my startup.

I’ve really resisted going the big tech route because I really enjoy the speed and responsibilities of startup life, but I’m in my mid thirties and can’t seem to justify leaving that much money on the table by not doing FAANG or a large tech company (not to say I’d be a shoo in for a job). Such a huge difference between $200k with promise of an exit vs $400k in almost guaranteed comp. Does anyone else not want to do big tech? What’s your reason(s)?

Hello everyone. I am working with Microsoft project in EY. I know a lot about their control and compliance rhythm but as somehow when i apply to the action center, my CV never gets considered post pre screening.

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Hi fishes, I completed 1 year at Capgemini(fresher). Worked on one project for 5 months without billable from client. Now they released me from that project and soon i will get another project at my preferable location. My concern is from the joining date to till date (1 year passed) I didn't get any billing as I worked only 5 months on a project, so is it like my 2 yrs bond aggreement is not started? I heard from someone that once you get billable then only your 2 year bond starts. Pls tell me.
