I have created a program that has the ability to scrape and interpret press releases to identify how and when negative news will impact a stock price. Without getting into the details how do I take advantage of a 1-5% price decrease in a day without taking on too much risk. Simply buy a short term Put? What other positions can I employ to capitalize on the price decrease? I am worried about options volume and the order not filling fast enough. Note: this is all done in a semi-supervised algo.

Sometimes I think i’m too soft spoken to work in Consulting. I’ll be on calls with my teammates/leadership and they’ll over talk me and let me chime in at the end. No ones ever called me out directly but I feel as if it hurts me Ecspecially if I’m working with people who don’t know me. I also pause and think for a few seconds before I speak. I fear that they’ll think I’m a pushover as a women.
