Three questions regarding Sales Strategy:
1) Do Sales Strategy roles generally have good WLB (as compared to Strategy Consulting roles)?
2) Also, I imagine they aren’t commission based like most sales roles, correct?
3) What does the range in comp for these roles generally look like at the Senior Director and VP level?

Hi Fishers. I’m currently working with Genpact in the capacity of consultant and my current fixed compensation here is 9.6 LPA. I have two offers in hand. One is from Deloitte USI and other is from pwc sdc. Just wanted to know which firm Should I choose. When it comes to compensation Deloitte is giving 16 lpa and sdc is giving 19 lpa. But, few of my mentors suggesting that I should go for Deloitte as work quality is better there and you’ll learn a lot of things. But, compensation is less.

Having around 10.5 yoe and CCTC around 15 lpa. What band should I expect in Accenture Tech, 7 or 8 ? Also what's the range of payscale I can look forward to? Do they give around 80% increment on current package?

I have an individual filer who had their previous CPA mess up their 2021 return. I reviewed and and they should have gotten a larger refund. Given that we’re still within the original filing due date window of April 15, I can send a superseded return but would have to be by mail (I don’t think superseded returns can be efiled) and expect delays. Is my best bet to wait till after April 15 and efile an amended return in order to get the additional refund faster? Anything else I should consider?
