Usually $150-180k around the board for a SM role in pharma/biotech
Senior manager at big pharma like bms, gsk etc is probably around 160-180k base
I would not agree with that upper range. Above 165k is really AD level of base salary. If you feel like you want a base that high, you should really be asking for an AD level role with that base plus higher bonus and RSU
I’m at $185 at a diagnostics company, told that I’m at the top of the band but also to expect 7-9% COL adjustment. Got $70k RSUs that vest over 4 years.
15% at SM, goes up with rank. Annual additional RSU grant as well.
