can anyone confirm whether they got a matching offer or any other extra perks from TCS after re negotiating with a counter offer more than what TCS offered?

I'm at KGS as an Assoc Consultant (functional consultant). How can I make a switch to front end consulting (not necessarily in KPMG).
How long does it take to make that switch?
And can front end also mean sales, because that is where the money is from what I have heard.

Question - Design an sms service to send messages to 1 million customers

Requirement - upload a csv of 1 million contacts and on clicking send send the sms.

Limitation - 1000 contacts/minute

How would you design this system, considering we have a hard limit of 1000 contacts/limit?
