Does anyone track their networking activities? If so, what do you track. I often feel good chemistry or a connection with someone and between work and life I loose track of these great conversations. I can go a year or more without following up - which is not the point. I’m also tired of investing in one way relationships. I want a system where I’m reinvesting with the right people.

Large tech firm, but not FAANG.

Just got an offer with 25% increase in base comp (plus 10% of my base in equity). It’s a pretty unglamorous industry, but a good role (high visibly) and nice team. Do I bite? Or hold out and continue looking? Main concern is that it’s not in an industry I care much for. 5YOE T2 if that makes a difference.
