Thinking of traveling to Puerto Rico for the break and read in this group that it’s considered domestic travel - which puts my concern of getting “stuck outside the country” at ease. Has anyone had their immigration. 2 questions: (1) Has anyones lawyers advised against traveling there now with the new variant? (2) I am waiting on my 485 to be filed, and was told I need to be in the US for that to be done. Would being in PR affect that in anyway?

Hey fish! Have a question on work authorization. If I have an H1B and wife’s on the dependent EAD (after I-140) and I go out of country to work with same company. Does her EAD still continue to be valid? Or does it invalidate the moment the primary visa holder is out of the US.

I got my H1b transfer approved to another employer and now my current employer is retaining me. Do I have any problem with my current employer from visa perspective? Does my current employer need to file an amendment? What if prospective employer revokes new H1b approval?
