I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

There is no one size fits all answer. I know that's not what you want to hear but it's true. Depends on what you want to do. Also would say it's more important to leave for the right opportunity vs leaving at any specific time. I have friends who left as staff and went on to be successful in industry and I have friends who left as Sr mgrs with the same success. Have also had people leave and get stuck, though that is more likely when you leave younger in my experience. I'm a Sr Mgr and still get calls very regularly from recruiters. Don't let any head hunter scare you into thinking there's some kind of "limit" and you have to "get out now".
