Have two offers:
EY India - 17 fixed + 1JB (rest variable not mentioned in ctc)
Location Bangalore
Role - Consultant - PI
EXL - 19 fixed + 1 JB + 2 Variable based on performance
Role - Senior Consultant
Location Gurgaon

Yeah, aim for 2/3 good offers, tell them your expectations in advance.

That’s not the wisest approach.
Focus on 2-3 companies at a time. Give your best to each process. Once done, wait for the first verbal offer to come in. Then, just communicate the same to the other 1-2 firms so they can expedite if possible. Simultaneously, buy some more time from the 1st company for accepting the offer. It may not always work out but that’s ok, don’t fret over it.
Your target should never be to get multiple offers.. how does it help you.. you should aim to get the best possible offer..
Get any offer and put paper first... Practice well and build your confidence before you apply to good companies in their careers site...create a good AI friendly resume... be bold and negotiate packages with HR... powercut/vdi issues/break as reasons for attending interviews
