Best and sure shot way is to do Masters from abroad and get a job there in my opinion. Other way is to stay in companies like Infosys for atleast 3-5 years and then maybe they will send you.
Improve your skills!! If you want to score a position abroad in IT field, make sure you are well versed with data structures. Throw old technologies in bin box and learn new skills. Acquire good communication skills. I see ton of opportunities in EU but only for people with skills and willing to learn or have experience on newer technologies like golang, rust, kotlin.
I myself scored 4 international offers while sitting in Pune with technology knowledge of : React, JS, golang, rust, kotlin, java, shell scripting, good amount of devops and beginner level cicd
Along with that: data structures and problem solving.
I've had 4 offers from companies in US, Canada, Germany and Australia but surely it was effort of 1.7 years into continuous learning of above skills and daily data structure practice + a lot of applications!!
What you did that they are reaching out to you
Can you be a little more specific. Are you trying to transfer abroad? Or are you moving?

There's an option of studying in the UK for a year and getting a work permit for two more years. If you're good then you can get sponsored for a tier 2 general visa and after 5 years get a PR.. you can work part time when you're studying there and work full time when on your work permit. If you're married then your spouse can work full time for 3 years. The fees there range from 12 lakhs to 35 lakhs depending on the University.. It's the best, legal, risk free and the easiest option available since last year
Maybe the post study work permit would be applicable for Northern Ireland which is a part of UK.. But the rest of Ireland I'm not sure of their post study work visa.
Seeing what India has done in UNSC I think things won't be the same now like how easily Indians were given visas and PRs
Nah!! Tech world needs Indians !!

I was also researching about this, I've seen some agencies that provide jobs directly, but ask for a lot of commission!
For Amazon there is “International internal transfer” or “internal external candidate”
I'm not even being funny but honestly with everything going on with international relations, I would say get married to someone in the U.S.
