What is the best way to learn about different roles in FAANG?

I was a MBB consultant in India. I am in the US now with a AI products company.

I work well on the intersection of technology and business. I have conceptualised and deployed multiple enterprise products over the last 2 years.

I am looking to move to a bigger organization now. However I don't want to get into corporate strategy roles.

What are some other roles that could be a good fit for me?

Currently have ~1.5 YOE in valuation (financial statement analysis, modeling, etc.) I get that those skills could be unrelated to a CSA role, but I think there could be some similarities. If I accept the promotion to Partner/Principal what's the least number of years I could work without it being a financial mistake. I have an opportunity to do something completely unrelated that's my passion, but I feel like that's the wrong decision when I'm this close.

I accepted my Amazon offer on 5/23 via email as told by the recruiter who also took down my social via telephone and send me a old school pdf to fill out for a my background screening. At the time we decided on 6/13 as the start date. On 6/3 I received an email from Amazon’s version of docusign to sign my offer, and yesterday 6/8 I was notified by the recruiter that my start date would be delayed to 6/20 due to background not being completed.
