I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.

Hi everyone, I'm comparing two offers from Accenture and Cognizant. Could you help me figure out some of these questions: 1. At 5 YOE, what kind of package can I expect? Current offers: Accenture (12LPA fixed, 2.5L variable), Cognizant (14.3LPA fixed, 45K variable) 2. Nature of work - What kind of work can I expect from these companies? 3. would I get the opp to use any authoring Tools? 4. Work life balance - which is better? 5. Increments - avg % hike? 6. Culture - which is better?

As someone who's been in IA and now FP&A, I would read my response on this older post below. I wouldn't recommend IA to people still trying to grow their career, and at the manager level, you're even less likely to have opportunities to pivot out of it.
I'm not sure what service line you're currently in (guessing risk advisory), but I would try to jump directly into the role that's most aligned with what you want. Getting a manager title in a job you don't plan to stay in doesn't seem like a great decision.
