What is the career path way to become a controller starting with audit?

Anyone have any good SQL certification courses that will provide enough education to achieve certification from a valued source in SQL? Looking for online and flexibility.

What’s the difference between getting a performance improvement plan by an email highlighting your burnout and lack of work as a result. versus receiving that information in a company letterhead letter. Time to start looking and jump ship?

Currently at Deloitte with 4.5 YOE primarily on tech implementation projects. PM seems to be at top of the exit opp list but curious to hear what current PMs with similar background also explored (or wish they got into)?

How long might you expect for someone to be a midweight before becoming senior? Totally appreciate that everyone's journey and circumstances are different so there's no set answer too! 🤗

-3 YOE at B4 with exposure to implementation/architecture/and product mgmt

Want to utilize my tech skills but explore other business areas…besides PM what other types of opportunites would be a good fit? (And Googling has not been as helpful here)..any advice is much appreciated!!

Long shot but asking anyway: has anyone in here successfully moved into a European practice from the UK (as a non-EU citizen) post brexit either changing firms or as an internal transfer?

Is it possible? If so, how was the bureaucracy? Any regrets?

I am thinking of exploring this as the UK is becoming slowly more frustrating to live in. I speak fluent English, French and German and have a masters in European Political Economy as well as 3 YOE as a consultant so am not a complete chancer.

School was never very motivating for me, and I put way more effort into internships and networking than my studies during law school.
