Hi fishes I recently joined EY GDS. I was alloted to a project after 2 months.In LEAD I had my counsellor alone. He told need me to include couple of more feed back providers. My designation is senior consultant grade 3. Others in my team are below my grade. I dont know where I can find the feedback providers. Please help

Hi Fishes, I recently joined EY GDS as Senior 3 in Tax TTT team as automation tester . Almost after 1 month of joining , got offer from ZS associates for almost 10 lakhs higher than EY GDS . Can you please guide should I switch.Mostly looking for better work opportunities ( tech stack ) and exit options. ZS Associates EY . PS : currently on bench at EY

If you are talking about EY GDS than 5-6 years is considered very normal & good possibility that they might never promote one from M to SM since there are handful of individuals at SM rank in all Big 4 offshore centres.
In EY India time period is generally 3 years though.
What is the salary range for AM level in EY GDS?

Minimum 3 years on paper. Depends on your service line growth and business requirement. Better to check what's the book of business and how many existing SMs are assigned to your team.
Most of the teams have reached saturation level. So always look for business growth. If the business has capacity to grow in 3 years to double then go for it. Existing managers will easily get promoted to SM then.
Basically 2 years if performance is at par. I am talking about EY India
