Is PwC FDD really 2 years to get to experienced associate? Recruiter is basically stonewalling my attempt to come in as an experienced hire with ~1 YOE and my CPA (wants me to come in as an associate aka a campus hire) . I get that when you jump firms, you might have to take a title downgrade, but it's confusing to me when I see people on here and elsewhere say they like got an offer as a senior associate in FDD with ~2 YOE in audit and I can't even come in as an A2.

(Reserve) Unit Transfer Help

ETS in 6 months. Really want to re-enlist for 4 -6 years. Currently in a MOB, and got promoted out of the unit last year June to another unit, did 1-year E5 work during the mob. Finishing up MOB in Nov and got accepted into a cyber unit in which I can progress my career, and want to reenlist for 6 years.


However, the unit I got promoted to insist me to go to them and I'm ETS in 6 months.

I have received an offer from EY GDS for X Lpa but when I connected with HR on call for an updated offer he told me that accept this and you will receive your updated offer letter for x+4lpa. It's been more than a month and I haven't received the updated offer letter yet. I tried calling him but he is not receiving the call?
