I did my undergraduate with Rotman, 2 YOE in Commercial/Corporate Banking after graduation, and working in Capital Market Team in B4 Consulting as an Experienced Associate. Now in order to break into MBB, I hope to plan ahead and I am working on case interviews. I had my 1 to 1 with my boss on Monday, at which time I brought up the fact that I felt like I was operating above my role of Marketing Assistant and said I felt that I was doing tasks that fell in line of Marketing Manager. After an honest conversation, he said that I fit more with Marketing Associate. He said he'd like me to learn more strategic thinking and leadership skills and recommended I get involved with a local business organization. Any recommendations?
